THE
SOIL : click here to see the map of the soil
Two main types of soil: alluvia from the quaternary era on the first slopes and the terraces (siliceous and quartzeous gravel) and, lower, clayey-calcareous soils with more or less gritty soil to produce excellent pays d'Oc wines, fruity and pleasant to drink at any time. The more ancient terraces give full-bodied wines, worth keeping longer to grace your special occasions.
VINIFICATION
The
greatest care is taken in vinification, a marriage between tradition and modern
equipment, in order to get the best out of the various soils and varieties.
The ageing of our wines in tanks and barrels, the bottling within the property,
under the care of the winemaker, contribute to their genuine qualities.
