Remember, our Sauvignon and our rosé are made to be drunk young. Why wait when you can enjoy them straight away? However, leave our red wines to mature in the dark of your cellar. Serving temperatures for our rosé and our white are between 11° and 13°C. For the reds, I would advise you to serve them at 1° to 2° C below the temperature of the room in which they will be served.

To serve our long-keeping wines at dinner, do not hesitate to open the bottle early in the day and to leave it in a closed carafe. Our wines need oxygen to unfold. Do not be afraid of leaving an unfinished bottle, it will be just as good, if not better, the following day.
